You will need to go to their website: miramarcinemas.tw This will allow to reserve the ticket and your seat. You will have to pick up the actual ticket from the Miramar up to one hour before the movie. They have a booth on the ground floor of the Miramar or you can go to the top floor and pick up the tickets from the movie theater. They also have an app you can use. You can find the info on the app on their website. I have never used the app so I can’t tell you much more
