An 18-year-old man jailed for smashing a restaurant window during the summer riots is to be freed after successfully appealing against his sentence. Dylan Willis, 18, who admitted violent disorder after repeatedly smashing a Middlesbrough restaurant window with a brick, had his 14 month sentence suspended for two years by Court of Appeal judges.
