Based on the 2022 Netflix drama, the float was among the new 22 floats that hit the rainy New York City parade on Thursday morning. However, many declared that the giant balloon of Jenna Ortega’s character looked “more like Thursday than Wednesday.”

The streaming platform put aside its Peacock rivalry to debut a float honoring Jenna Ortega's iconic spooky teen, who famously hates Thanksgiving.

Held on November 28, the parade also featured other popular fictional characters including Dora, Goku, SpongeBob, Minions and Pokemon
