Sony's latest and greatest console, the PS5 Pro, may have only just hit the market, but one UK retailer has already slashed cash off its not inconsiderable price for Black Friday. The "most powerful console on the planet" is available on EE with a healthy £40 off.

PlayStation’s Black Friday sale includes a whopping discount on the PS5’s DualSense controller. The tech-heavy pad is crammed with all manner of haptic feedback motors, dynamic triggers, a built-in speaker and touchpad – I doubt Sony’s turning a profit on them at £39.99. Most colourways have been discounted, so do check before you buy.

It’s late in November, so its time for another big Black Friday sale. Sure, Black Friday used to be a day, but now it’s spread out over two weeks. And PlayStation is the latest big company to offer a bunch of discounts as we get closer to Thanksgiving.
